Enabled Intelligence is a global leader in mission-critical AI solutions and data labeling for the US Defense and Intelligence Community. We are on a quest to grow our team of highly qualified Data Annotator and Quality Control Analysts. The Enabled Intelligence Geospatial Data Labeling Bootcamp is an intensive training program designed to provide data labeling skills and prepare participants for a pathway into the national security and AI field. There is no cost to participate in this training.

Graduates of the program will leave with a new skill set in a growing field and will be eligible for a paid internship and future full-time job opportunities with Enabled Intelligence.

What is Data Labeling? Data Labeling, also referred to as Data Annotation, is a crucial process that involves analyzing data (images, video, audio, text etc.) and labeling objects of interest to train machine learning models. Data Labeling is the first step in the Artificial Intelligence lifecycle. The more accurate, precise and specific the training data is, the better the AI model will perform.

• Cohort 5: 12/16-12/20
• Cohort 6: 1/13-1/17
• Cohort 7: 2/24-2/28
• Cohort 8: 3/10-3/14

What are the requirements?

• Strong computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, including managing your own work schedule
• Ability to work on a computer in person Monday-Friday in a full time position (no remote work available)
• Ability to work within a highly diverse team with different communication and learning styles
• Ability to retain information learned in training and apply that knowledge going forward
• Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes for improvement
• Ability to follow directions and policies
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain a US security clearance (for more information on clearance eligibility visit https://www.state.gov/securityclearances#determiningacandidateseligibility )

What can I expect each day? The week will entail a mix of instructor lead training, practice projects, knowledge checks and assessments in a computer lab setting. There will be time for questions and individual assistance from the instructors. We will take a 10 minute break each hour and a 30 minute lunch break each day.

Will I be guaranteed a job if I complete the training? Completing the training does not guarantee you a job. There will be multiple assessments that will need to be passed during the training that will make you eligible to be considered for the internship and full time position at Enabled Intelligence. Enabled Intelligence is expecting a large number of position to open in early 2025. The skills you gain can also be used to explore opportunities at different companies.

What is the starting payrate for a full time role at Enabled Intelligence?

• Uncleared Data Annotator- $20/hour
• Cleared Data Annotator- $24/ hour
